The BDVA i-Spaces 2020 review process is ongoing!

The deadline for submitting applications for the BDVA i-Spaces 2020 labelling process expired last June and BDVA received 15 applications this year. The process to review the applications was launched in July and will be completed during the month of September.

As every year, the review committee has been formed following an open call aimed to recruit independent experts in different fields. The list of experts composing the review panel for this 2020 edition of the labelling process includes:

  • Ray Walshe (Dublin City University)
  • Nuria De Lama (ATOS)
  • Ana García (BDVA)
  • Martina Barbero (BDVA)
  • Julia Palma (EIT Health)
  • Arne Berre (Sintef)
  • Richard Stevens (IDC)
  • Periklis Terlixidis (Demokritos)
  • Yiannis Kompatsiaris (CERTH)
  • Antonis Ramfos (ATC)

The goal for the review committee is to submit the results of the assessments for approval to the BDVA Board of Directors during the month of October. The selected i-Spaces will be informed shortly after and the trophies hand-out ceremony will be hold during the European Big Data Value Forum (Berlin, 3-5 November).
