Public consultations for the post-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework

In the context of evaluations of existing EU financial programmes and the future proposal of the next long-term budget for the EU covering several policy areas, the European Commission has launched public consultations on EU funds in the area of investment, research & innovation, SMEs and Single Market. Such consultations follow the objective to collect the views of all interested parties on how to make the most of every euro of the EU budget and make comprehensive proposals for the next generation of financial programmes for the post-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework in May.

EU Citizens are invited to give feedbacks on how the current EU policies and programmes support innovation and investments in strategic digital infrastructures, and how work could further be improved in terms of performance, simplification or opportunities for synergies between funds.
