This year’s Women in Digital Summit takes place from 15 to 16 October in Dublin
As project partner BDVA is happy to announce that the Women in Digital Summit is coming to Dublin this year. It takes place from 15 to 16 October, as part of the Digital Talent EU Days 2026.
As a proud partner of the Connecting Women in Digital project, BDVA is pleased to announce our active involvement during the second edition of the Women in Digital Summit, taking place as part of the Digital Talent EU Days 2026 at Trinity Business School, Dublin, Ireland.
This year’s edition will focus on digital talent, with the programme structured around four thematic tracks:
- Talent Attraction: How can Europe attract the digital talent it needs to remain competitive? Join the Talent Attraction track at the Digital Talent EU Days 2026 to explore successful initiatives, innovative recruitment approaches, policy developments and practical examples from across Europe.
- Talent Development: Developing the digital workforce requires collaboration between education, industry and policymakers. The Talent Development track will showcase innovative education models, reskilling and upskilling initiatives, partnerships and best practices that help build Europe’s digital skills pipeline.
- Talent Retention: Attracting talent is only part of the challenge. The Talent Retention track focuses on creating environments where digital professionals can thrive, covering topics such as career development, workplace culture, lifelong learning, diversity and inclusion, and strategies to retain talent within Europe.
- Cross Cutting Sessions: The Cross Cutting Sessions bring together perspectives from across the digital skills ecosystem to discuss topics that affect all stages of the talent journey, including AI, digital transformation, policy, collaboration, inclusion and Europe’s future digital competitiveness.
The Summit will feature keynotes, panel discussions and dedicated networking sessions, creating a platform for collaboration on gender diversity and digital up-skilling among policymakers, industry leaders, educators and civil society representatives.
