The conference brings together industry professionals, business developers, researchers and policy makers from all over Europe and all around the world to advance policy actions and industrial and research activities in the areas of Data and AI.
EBDVF 2026 will take place from 30 September to 1 October 2026 in Galway, Ireland❗It is organised by BDVA, in collaboration with CeADAR – Ireland’s Centre for Artificial Intelligence, Dell Technologies, F6S Network, Insight Research Ireland Centre for Data Analytics, Innovation Value Institute – Maynooth University and RFSAT Limited – Research for Science Art and Technology.
The main theme of EBDVF 2026 is Building Europe’s AI and Data backbone: Strategy, Investment and Impact.

EBDVF offers companies, research institutions, associations and other organisations opportunities to support the event through sponsorship and partnership options. Keep in mind that EBDVF’s target audience includes industry professionals, business developers, researchers and policy-makers from all over Europe and other regions of the world to advance policy actions and industrial and research activities in the areas of Data and AI. We expect to reach around 500-600 on-site participants.
The EBDVF 2026 has multiple ways of engaging and introducing its partners and their brands to the numerous event attendees. EBDVF 2025 gathered over 470 participants, while EBDVF 2024 took place in Budapest and had over 450 participants. In 2023, our main event took place in Valencia and had an attendance of over 650 data and AI enthusiasts.
