BDVA/DAIRO Activity Group 44, April 22-23

On the 22nd and 23rd of April, BDVA/DAIRO organises its Activity Group (AG44) meeting. Our popular workshop series brings together BDVA/DAIRO members, Big Data Value portfolio projects and other relevant initiatives on data and Industrial AI. The two-day event focuses especially on data space reference architecture, standardisation and interoperability and Trustworthiness of Industrial AI.

The first day (Thursday 22nd) begins with updates from Task Forces and pitches from members. The morning plenary also takes a look at recent developments on the relevant research and innovation EU programmes and discusses the European Commission's proposal for AI regulation, if issued.

The second session continues exploring the options for Data Space reference architecture and the ISO standards, building on the sessions held in AG42 and AG43. The rest of the day is dedicated to topics of metadata Interoperability and input to the rolling Plan for ICT standardisation 2022 on Data and AI topics.

During the second day, the AG44 (Friday 23rd) is planned to follow up on the Trustworthiness of Industrial AI. Other topics on the pipeline are Synergy Group from PPP projects and sessions from TF7 verticals. BDVA members are encouraged to consult our intranet for more information.
